The seat (the part covered by the fabric) of the BE BED is in "King Size" format that is about 67 cm, that is 10 cm more than the common Italian style beach bed that offers just 57 cm. This is a significant increase in comfort allowed by the increase in the width of the seat, limiting to the maximum the increase in weight and encumbrance of the bed, so as not to disrupt the activity of operators and the spaces intended for the beds. In fact, the work of optimizing the overall dimensions of the entire product, has allowed BE BED to contain a weight increase of a few hundred grams and an increase in width of no more than 15 mm compared to most common Italian Style beach beds.
